Are your products cruelty free?

Yes, our products are cruelty free. We do not under any circumstances test on animals.  We always provide our Légon Babes with a full list of ingredients for every product so that they can decide whether it aligns with their personal beliefs and lifestyle choices. At the bottom of every Légon product page in the Légon shop there is an ingredient listing where you can find the ingredients to the products, you’re interested in. In fact, a most of our products are Vegan, Paraben Free and Gluten Free too. Légon Cosmetics cannot guarantee that any ingredients or products were produced in an allergen free environment.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes, but you must choose the Standard shipping method. Selecting Express will delay processing and change your shipping method to Standard.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

A. Yes, we offer free Standard delivery for orders over $50. To qualify for either, your order must amount to the $50 minimum after any promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges or taxes. FREE Standard shipping is only available in the contiguous United States.


Which payment methods are accepted on this site?

A. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.


Can I add a discount code after my order is complete?

A. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be adjusted. We do not offer price adjustments for products purchased before or after promotions. All discounted items do not qualify for additional discounts.


Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, to select countries. Additional shipping rates may apply. Please see Shipping Details for more information.


How do I track my order?

We’ve actually made this super easy! You can click on the link on your order confirmation email any time and log in to see the status of your order. You can even see past orders and easily re-order the same products.


Something is missing from my order. / My order was incorrect!

Sorry! We’re happy to help fix this – contact customer service to start the process by sending an email to: legoncosmetics@gmail.com. Please note, all order discrepancies are to be reported 24 hours after receiving.


Can I change or cancel my order?

A. If your order has not be assigned a tracking number, please quickly send us an email at legoncosmetics@gmail.com and we will try to cancel or change it as soon as possible.  If it has been processed for shipment, unfortunately, we are no longer able to change or cancel the order.

I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
A. We are sorry to inform, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. Please email LEGONCOSMETICS@GMAIL.COM no later than 24 hours after placing your order for an address update.


What method is used for shipping?
A. All packages are shipped through UPS OR USPS only.


How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship 1-3 business days after received. However, during, holidays, sales and new releases it can take up to 7 business days to process. This is not inclusive of shipping time.  Please see our Shipping Detailsfor more information.

Shipping costs depend on your order and location. We do offer free shipping on all orders over $50, and flat rate domestic shipping from $7.00 for orders under $50.00. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All shipping is processed via United Parcel l Service (UPS OR USPS ) We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments and insurance is available through UPS OR USPS . Any false claims of missing packages will not be honored once the courier confirms a delivery.  Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided.  Please see our Shipping Details   for more shipping information.

I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
A. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Légon Cosmetics.


In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from UPS OR USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States.

How much is shipping to my country?

A. Shipping costs can vary depending on the country and the shipping method selected. If you would like to know the shipping fees to your area, we suggest attempting checkout on our website for accurate numbers.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

 The color isn’t the same as I saw online.
A. Légon Cosmetics tries to accurately display and represent the colors of the products. However, the actual colors you see may depend on your monitor, screen resolution, undertones and more.
