Q. What is your return and exchange policy?
A. Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
Légon Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or un-trackable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.  However, during new releases, sales and restocks, it can take up to 7 business days to process based on the order received. This is not inclusive of holidays and shipping times.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please note, any delays incurred by the courier is at their discretion and not at the discretion of Légon Cosmetics.

Estimated transit times for U.S. orders:

Standard/Free Mail: 7-10 Business Days.
Priority Mail: 3-5 Business Days.


*These are estimated transit times given to us by the assigned courier (UPS OR USPS ) however, they are not guaranteed. Orders typically arrive as scheduled; however, Légon Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from UPS OR USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S.

Please ensure you enter the correct billing/shipping address BEFORE submitting your order.

If your shipment shows a confirmed delivery from the assigned courier, we are not responsible for sending a replacement package due to loss or stolen mail or issue a refund. Please contact your local post office to open a case regarding the whereabouts of your package. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier or undeliverable addresses.

Please note, delivery time listed are the estimated delivery dates as provided by the courier. Delivery time depends on your selected country and depending on the handling with customs. Majority of the orders do get delivered within the specified time frame.  However, there are certain circumstances such as inclement weather, holiday closures or inaccurate shipping information.

International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country’s local customs clearance upon arrival Légon cosmetics is not responsible for any importing fees.  Please contact your local customs office for more information.
